What do I need to know about hand made products?
As many of our products are hand made we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one you see on screen. However it will always be very similar and we strive to keep them as true to the picture as possible.
All of the tableware microwave safe, all items can go in the dishwasher, but the print might fade over time if you use powerful dishwasher detergents. We use Ecover and it is fine, with no fading. We don’t recommend you put the eggcups, salt and peppers and moneyboxes in the dishwasher, as they will collect water whichever way you place them. Our tea towels, aprons and oven gloves are fully machine washable, and have washing instructions on the labels.
The ornamental ceramics can be wiped with a clean damp cloth, we don’t recommend immersion in water.
