We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however we understand that there might be times you want to return something. If you are not completely satisfied please send your return to us within 30 days of purchase, with tag attached where applicable and unused, and we will be happy to issue a refund, exchange or repair. Please make sure items are adequately packed, we cannot be responsible for breakages of returned items.
We can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or an error has been made on our part. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as we can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to us. If you are returning a framed picture please contact us and we will arrange for collection from you.
