Yes, all of our designs are sent to you individually boxed. The smaller items like salt and pepper shakers and egg cups are packed in a box with an illustrative sticker on it. The tableware designs are in a box with the Hannah Turner logo on it.
We understand how important it is to have your gifts in time for the holidays. To ensure delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by 17th December.
Yes, we pack each individual gift boxed item or items in a larger box, then pad this on all sides with eco loosefill (wheat starch puffs) on all sides so that it is protected from rough handling. We do get a few breakages, but they are rare and it is usually because it is very badly handled by the couriers.
Everything we use to send your purchase is packed in recycled card, we don't use any plastics, we use wheat puff loose-fill that can go into your household compost. The outer boxes are all fully recycleable or compostable. They are perfect if you are doing no dig gardening, worms love cardboard! Our tape is also paper.
