Inspired by an antique Sri Lankan carving and the magnificent peacocks that roam the grounds of Corsham Court, where Hannah once lived, this elegant design brings colour, charm and a touch of theatre to your morning table.
With its vivid glazes, graceful form and delightful character, the Peacock transforms an everyday boiled egg into something rather special. It’s a joyful piece designed to be admired as much as it is used.
When breakfast is over, its decorative feathers make it a beautiful ornament for kitchen shelves, dressers or sideboards. It also doubles perfectly as an eccentric tea light holder for a dining table or mantelpiece.
Each egg cup is handmade in Sri Lanka from durable high-fired earthenware and presented in a recycled card gift box with an illustrated label – ready to gift or enjoy yourself.

Hannah's ceramic tableware, planters, money boxes, trinket dishes and hanging decorations are handmade for us in Sri Lanka by a small, family-run company.
The highly-skilled workers are responsible for hand-finishing each of the designs. This involves cleaning up the raw clay as it comes out of the mould, hand-painting or sponging the under-glaze colours, carefully transporting and loading into tightly-packed kilns, and hand-decorating with screen-printed decals that add that final bit of character to each design.
Entrusting some of her signature pieces to expert hands in Sri Lanka gives Hannah the time to work on new and exciting design ideas in her Wiltshire studio.
