The merchandise is top quality. I have bought from Hannah Tucker before and not been disappointed in the care that went into designing, making, and shipping the items I have previously bought. However I had a couple of issues with this last purchase that make me leery to buy from this company again.

Issue One: These items took longer to be delivered than anything else I have ordered from this company. However, I mainly fault the USPS for the long delay, not Hannah Tucker. If this were the only issue, I would just build in more time between ordering and expecting a delivery to ensure items arrived for the occasion I intended them for.

Issue Two: One the bowl arrived chipped. I promptly sent an email with photos documenting the damage. I received an email from customer service the next day indicating a replacement bowl would be sent. That was over two weeks ago, but I have yet to receive further communication or notification of shipment. I reached out two days ago, but no reply.

Beware that If your merchandise arrives damaged the company may be slow to replace/refund.

I doubt I will buy from Hannah Tucker again given my recent experience.

Just beautiful. I love the moth design and already have the jug. So wonderful quality and finish. I enjoy food much more from a beautiful bowl.

The moth pasta bowls are very pretty and well made. A good size and I use mine as fruit bowls as well. They arrived very well packed. Unfortunately the wrong order was sent initially, I received 2 cat pasta bowls instead of the moth design. I emailed customer service but did not receive a response so ended up calling them to sort out the mistake.
