Last Order Dates for Christmas 2025
During the busy Christmas period you need to allow for a little more time for your gifts to be delivered. At Hannah Turner, we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery so that your special gift will arrive well in time for Christmas.
Rest assured your order will be sent tracked, so you are able to monitor its progress. Our last order dates for Christmas 2025 are as follows:
UK Standard Delivery (1-2 working days) - order by 11am Monday 22nd December
UK Special Delivery (next day arrive by 1pm) - order by 11am Tuesday 23rd December
Overseas - Barbados, Belgium, Finland, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Ukraine - order by 11am Monday 1st December
Norway, Italy, Greece, Israel, Bulgaria - order by 11am Tuesday 2nd December
Australia, Austria, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Sweden, Thailand - order by 11am Friday 5th December
Ireland, USA - order by 11am Tuesday 9th December

Shipping Times
All orders received before 1pm are shipped on the day we receive them if it is a working day, or on the next working day if it is after 1pm or on a weekend.
We do not process or ship orders over the weekend, all weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday provided it is not a Bank Holiday in the UK.
Tracking information on tracked orders is sent to you with confirmation of your goods being shipped.
Customs Duty & Charges
Please be aware that international orders may be liable to customs fees, please check with your local customs office. We have no control over these charges.
Address
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date estimated for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Items lost in transit
Orders sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date.
