Handmade in Sri Lanka from high-fried stoneware ceramic with a decal transfer decoration.

20cm high, 12 cm wide.

Our ceramic tableware, egg cups and money boxes, are handmade for us in Sri Lanka by a small, family-run company. The ornamental items are handmade in the Wiltshire workshop by Hannah.

The kitchen textiles are printed and made in the UK.

Cute dog 5, Money box 2 !!

Rather disappointed with the money box.
I can forgive the small typo on the box label but being advertised as designed in the UK I did expect the slot to be wide enough to accept £2 coins!
We already had a collection of these coins and the idea was to make a gift of them in the money box. Ended up stuffing them up the dog’s bum. Not an ideal thing for either us or the dog but he continued to smile cutely so we suppose all is well.

This arrived promptly along with other items, in a lovely strong box and masses of packing beans. It has pride of place on the end of the mantelpiece with the black and white money box dog at the other end, like modern day Staffordshire dogs, makes me smile every time I look at them. They have been much admired
